IDX - Agentic Workflows

Over the past year, I have been experimenting with new Agentic workflows. I eventually settled on a combination of Figma's MCP server and Cursor. Using these two AI tools together, I am able to build out fully functional prototypes that are built within my company's tech stack.

For my company's web apps, the front end prototype is built in Angular. For the mobile app, it's Flutter. After building each page locally, I setup a DevOps repo for the codebase. Then I push code branches as individual PRs to the repo.

Once all that is configured, I host the prototype app as a Static Web app via Azure. I then run a build pipeline that is kicked off by each new PR. Once these pipelines get a successful build, I can easily share a link to my hosted prototypes.

These new agentic workflows have greatly increased my ability to make prototypes. I am also able to use these skills to complete small UI fixes in my company's actual codebases.

I'm looking forward to learning new workflows as these tools advance!
