I worked with another designer to conduct a full redesign of the ZeroFox Alerts experience. We moderated user interviews and prioritization sessions with stakeholders that informed all of our new design directions. Once we had some created some new concepts, we conducted usability tests with the new designs and iterated on them based on the feedback. All of this helped to inform the direction taken by both the product and engineering teams. This project also served as a template for future design team initiatives.
